The NEW Alternate 2020 Cap10K Race Packet Pick-up will feature contactless drive-thru service. We are taking every precaution to ensure all of our participants, staff and volunteers are as safe as possible. If you would prefer to have your packet mailed, please scroll down to Step 2.
Please read and follow all pick-up instructions and steps before arriving to claim your packet. We are just as eager to hand out the shirts and medals as you are to receive them however, we want to take every precaution necessary to ensure our participants, staff and volunteers are in a position to conduct the pick-up in responsible manner.
Below is additional step-by-step information to help ensure an efficient, safe experience for all.
We will not be able to provide bulk packet preparation in advance for team captains. All captains and team members must choose either drive-thru packet pick-up or pay mailing option to receive their 2020 race packet.

Look up assigned race number for each participant prior to arriving. Only participants with bib number will be allowed into the pick-up queue.
Please make every effort to aggregate a list of packets to pick up so, only ONE representative attends the packet pick-up.
Expedite the process for claiming packets by having a list of race bib numbers written down prior to arrival. Show list to race staff for quicker service.
You can pick up someone else’s packet, provided you have their race number available. You may also send someone to pick up your packet, provided they have your race number available.

Mark your calendar for this limited time event. If you can not attend, please send someone with your bib number to claim the packet in your absence.

Packet Pick-up queue is a one-way loop with vehicles entering from E. Riverside Dr. (near Thom’s Market) and exiting at S. Congress Ave. (near Firestone Auto). For the safety of others please follow directional signage.
Wear a face mask when you arrive at our first check point to show staff your list of participant race bib numbers. Race numbers will be listed on an order form and placed on your windshield.
Staff will call your packet order ahead to volunteers who will assemble your packet. You will then be instructed to queue your vehicle in one of two pick-up lanes. Pick-up lanes will be color coded and correspond to your order form.
Remain in your vehicle during the entire pick-up process. Please use caution driving as staff and volunteers will be present in this queuing area.
Contactless pick-up is effective, provided you stay in your vehicle during the entire pick-up process. Be prepared to lower the passenger-side window to receive packet.
When packet is assembled, volunteers will place packet through the passenger-side window into the passenger’s seat.
